By purchasing or subscribing to QuikApp, you agree to this policy.

1. Overview

QuikApp is a subscription-based SaaS platform that enables users to convert websites into mobile applications.

Services are offered under Basic, Agency, and Corporate plans, along with a credit/points-based usage system.

We also provide a 60-day trial period for eligible new users.

2. Free Trial Policy

New users may receive a 60-day free trial (unless otherwise specified).

No payment is required during the trial.

After the trial ends, users must upgrade to a paid plan to continue.

If not upgraded, the account may be restricted, downgraded, or suspended.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

All plans and credit top-ups are prepaid.

Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways.

Prices may be displayed in USD, or other supported currencies.

Applicable taxes may apply depending on your country.

All purchases are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

4. Credit / Points System

Credits are used for app builds, premium features, and platform usage.

Credits are deducted based on usage.

Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Unused credits are not eligible for refunds.

Credits may expire as per your selected plan.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only in the following limited circumstances:

a) Duplicate Payment

If you were charged more than once for the same transaction.

b) Verified Technical Error

If payment was successful but access was not granted due to a verified system failure.

c) Legally Required Refund

If consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction require a refund.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will NOT be issued for:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unused subscription time
  • Unused credits
  • App store rejection due to content or policy violations
  • Third-party incompatibility

Service interruptions caused by external services (e.g., hosting, Firebase, AdMob)

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

9. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

Auto-Renewal

Cancellation

Access continues until end of billing cycle.

No prorated refunds will be issued.

Unused credits will not be refunded.
